More importantly, I received an offer £2,000 more than my top range that I thought I might achieve. And the buyer had offered £4,000 less than this, but Ashlee was able to get the offer increased. She was competitively priced for the service I received and I’m pleased I chose her. I’m glad I didn’t go with an online agent as I would likely have done the viewings myself and agreed a much lower price than Ashlee got for me.
