Predominately I cover Stanford-Le-Hope, Corringham and into Thurrock and there is no doubt I get the majority of my business here, on my doorstep, due to word of mouth & board presence. But I am by no means restricted to these areas.
That’s the beauty of my business. I’m not tied down to a specific area nor specific working hours. I wanted the flexibility to work, not only when I want, but where I want too. I can be selective with what I take on & I am exactly that.
However, I do make sure I manage my workload & time carefully. At the times when I am at capacity, I have to be sensible with what properties I take on & where they are. Sometimes that means turning down valuations & listings. Quite simply, I’ll never compromise on the service that I offer my clients, just to get another listing… Volume isn’t important to me.
