Once the property is prepared for market and launched to Rightmove, Onthemarket and the Zoopla property portals, my personal help continues with booking and accompanying viewings and negotiating offers to maximise your selling price. For every home I market there will be a unique presenter-led video including drone footage, my talented business partner (and husband) Leigh takes care of this and carefully pieces the video together for you. Once I have found you a buyer, Leigh is also there to help chase the solicitors on your behalf, this continues all the way through to completion. Our help genuinely doesn’t end until the day you hand over your keys.
